Big Wave Arena – In Nazaré With Sebastian Steudtner

People from all over the world make the pilgrimage to Nazaré to witness a one-of-a-kind phenomenon: waves exceeding 25 meters in height rushing toward the cliffs, with surfers reaching speeds of up to 80 kmh. But that’s not the only reason this Portuguese port city has been a pilgrimage site since the Middle Ages.
