New Porsche Junior on fast track to glory

Callum Voisin is named as the Porsche GB Junior for 2026/27.

At the 2025 Porsche Night of Motorsport in Birmingham, rising British talent Callum Voisin was confirmed as the RAFA Racing Club Porsche Carrera Cup GB Junior for 2026 and 2027 – a pivotal moment in his already impressive career. Taking the mantle from outgoing Junior James Wallis, Voisin – who turned 20 in March – steps into a role that is recognised as a launch pad for international success.

The Porsche Cars GB Junior scheme has a fantastic pedigree. Alumni such as Adam Smalley, Harry King, Dan Harper and Charlie Eastwood all translated their Junior roles into Porsche Carrera Cup GB championship titles before progressing to top-level professional endurance racing.

After showing early promise in karting and enjoying a standout Ginetta Junior campaign in 2021, Callum claimed the 2023 GB3 Championship. He then spent two seasons in FIA Formula 3, winning the 2024 feature race at Spa-Francorchamps. A field of nearly 60 applicants for the Junior role was ultimately narrowed to a quartet – Callum, Sam Harvey, Daryl DeLeon and Joep Breedveld – with all four facing a demanding assessment day at Silverstone. Under the scrutiny of Porsche Motorsport GB experts, the finalists were tested on driving ability, technical feedback, media handling, fitness and psychological resilience.

As Porsche Junior, Callum now receives extensive support: an £85,000 annual contribution to his racing programme, tailored coaching, structured fitness training and professional media development. He will compete in identical 911 GT3 Cup machinery across the 2026 and 2027 Carrera Cup GB seasons, while representing Porsche at major events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
