The one millionth Macan rolls off the production line in Leipzig.

Twelve years after the first SUV rolled off the assembly line in Leipzig, the Macan is celebrating a special milestone in production – the one millionth Macan manufactured at the Porsche factory has embarked on its journey. The all-electric milestone vehicle is a Macan 4 in the color Frozen Blue Metallic and features options such as a leather interior in Black and Chalk, 18-way Adaptive Sport seats, a heated GT sports steering wheel in leather, a head-up display with augmented reality technology, and a Panoramic roof. With up to 300 kW (408 PS; Macan 4 Electric (preliminary values): Electric power consumption* combined (WLTP) 21.1 – 17.9 kWh/100 km, CO₂ emissions* combined (WLTP) 0 g/km, CO₂ class A ), the Macan 4 can go from 0 to 100 kmh in 5.2 seconds and reach a top track speed of up to 220 kmh. In July, Stefan Schmidt of northern Germany picked up his sports car and then had the opportunity to put an identical vehicle through its paces on the Porsche Experience Center course in Leipzig – the absolute highlight of collecting your new car from the factory. The Macan symbolizes the location’s expansion into a full-scale factory from 2011 to 2013 as well as the factory’s launch into the age of electric mobility.
